These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gaurav Suthar mobile application ("Application", "App", "we", "us", or "our"), developed by Uday Singh / Brioyo Team.
The Application is an ad-supported educational platform that provides educational materials, including notes, past examination papers, and other related educational resources.
The educational content made available through the Application is provided by Gaurav Suthar ("Content Owner") with his knowledge and permission. Ownership of such educational content remains with the Content Owner unless otherwise expressly stated.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Application.
The Application, including its source code, software, architecture, design, user interface, layout, graphics, branding, logos, icons, and other original materials created for the Application, is owned by or licensed to Uday Singh / Brioyo Team and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
Educational materials made available through the Application, including notes, past examination papers, study materials, and related educational resources, are provided by Gaurav Suthar with his knowledge and permission. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ownership of such educational content remains with the Content Owner or the respective rights holder. The Developer does not claim ownership of educational materials that belong to the Content Owner or another rights holder.
You must not, without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder:
Unauthorized use may result in suspension of access and may lead to civil or other legal remedies where applicable.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application for your personal, lawful, and educational use.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or any intellectual-property rights to you. You may not use the Application or its content for commercial purposes unless you have obtained the required written permission.
The Application is intended primarily for educational and informational purposes. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for how you use information or educational material obtained through the Application.

We strongly recommend that you do not root or otherwise compromise the security protections of your Android device. Rooting or modifying system-level security settings may increase security risks, cause compatibility issues, or prevent certain Application features from functioning correctly.

The Application is currently intended to operate as an ad-supported educational platform. The Developer may introduce optional paid features, subscriptions, or other monetized services in the future.

These services are operated independently by their respective providers and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The Developer does not control the operation, availability, policies, or content of third-party services and is not responsible for matters outside the Developer's reasonable control.
The Application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob. Advertisements may be selected and delivered by third-party advertising systems.
The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, suitability, or quality of products or services promoted through third-party advertisements. Displaying an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the Developer or Content Owner. You should independently evaluate any product or service before making a purchase or taking any action based on an advertisement.
The Application may contain links to external websites, online resources, PDF files, product pages, or other third-party services. Such links may be provided for convenience or additional educational information.
The Developer does not control third-party websites or resources and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, content, privacy practices, or suitability for a particular purpose. Your use of an external website or service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.
Certain Application features may require an active internet connection through Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Developer is not responsible for failures or limitations caused by lack of internet connectivity, weak or unstable network connections, network congestion, mobile carrier restrictions, internet service outages, or third-party server failures. Some Application features may not operate correctly while offline.
If you use the Application through mobile data, your mobile network provider may charge you for data usage. Additional roaming or other network charges may apply depending on your mobile plan and location. You are responsible for all charges imposed by your mobile network provider. The Developer does not control and is not responsible for such charges.
Educational materials available through the Application, including notes, past examination papers, and related materials, are provided primarily for educational and informational purposes.
Reasonable efforts may be made to provide useful and accurate educational materials. However, the Developer and Content Owner do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, current, error-free, suitable for every learner, or consistent with every examination board, syllabus, curriculum, or educational institution. Educational content may contain mistakes, omissions, outdated information, or differences from current examination requirements.
The Application does not guarantee any particular examination result, grade, rank, admission, qualification, or academic outcome. Your academic performance depends on many factors, including your preparation, understanding, practice, examination conditions, and other circumstances. Past examination papers should not be interpreted as a guarantee of questions or topics appearing in future examinations.
The Developer attempts to maintain the Application in a functional condition but does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every Android device or version, or free from technical defects. The Application may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, infrastructure failures, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The Developer may periodically release updates, bug fixes, security patches, improvements, or new versions. Certain updates may be required for continued use of the Application. We do not guarantee that every version of the Application will remain compatible with every device, Android version, or hardware configuration indefinitely.
Your use of the Application may involve the collection, storage, processing, or transmission of certain information. Our practices concerning personal information and data are described in the Application's Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you acknowledge that applicable data may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Developer and Content Owner make no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the Application's availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer and Content Owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Application. This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from:

The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the Application where reasonably necessary, including where you materially violate these Terms, attempt to compromise Application security, engage in unauthorized content distribution, abuse or interfere with Application services, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
The Developer may also discontinue the Application entirely at its discretion, subject to applicable law. If your access is terminated, you must stop using the Application and may be required to uninstall it. Termination does not affect provisions that are intended by their nature to survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute-related provisions.
The Developer may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised Effective Date. Where required by applicable law, material changes may be communicated through appropriate means. Your continued use of the Application after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the Application and uninstall it.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the matter in India. Nothing in this section prevents a user from exercising any mandatory statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
If the Developer does not immediately enforce any provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of the Developer's right to enforce that provision later.
These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented within the Application for specific features or services, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Application. If additional terms apply to a particular feature, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms to the extent permitted by law.
