Permanent Deletion Notice

Deleting your account completely and irreversibly wipes your profile, bookmarks, PDF annotations, and study stats from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Instant Self-Service Deletion (Real-Time Server Wipe)

Authenticate with your registered email and password to instantly and permanently wipe your account and all records from our servers:

Submit Deletion Request Ticket (Without Password)

If you forgot your password or cannot sign in, submit a deletion ticket. We will process and wipe your account records within 24 to 48 hours.

How to Delete Directly from the App

If you currently have the app installed, you can delete your account from your profile settings:

  1. Open the Gaurav Suthar app and navigate to the Settings tab (gear icon at bottom-right).
  2. Scroll down to the Account section and tap Delete Account & Data.
  3. Type DELETE in capital letters and enter your account password.
  4. Tap Delete Account. Your account, authentication token, and cloud data will be wiped immediately.

In accordance with Google Play's User Data Policy, below is the transparent breakdown of how your data is handled:
